CLUB DIRECTOR, SARA HARRIS
Sara Harris is passionate about giving young athlete’s an opportunity to love volleyball.
Sara played volleyball for Clackamas High School, Alpine Volleyball Club, and North Clackamas Volleyball Club as a DS. After high school she played for a year at Linfield University.
Sara graduated in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Since then Sara went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Teacher Leadership.
Sara has coached volleyball in McMinnville for 5 years and has recently been named Club Director given her experience and leadership.
Sara is an elementary teacher in McMinnville School District.

Meghan Martins is a seasoned volleyball player and coach with nearly three decades of experience in competitive play and coaching at various levels. As a collegiate athlete, Meghan competed at Washington University in St. Louis and Palm Beach Atlantic University, playing in the elite 8 of a national tournament 3 out of 4 years, including a national championship in 2004. She earned accolades such as All-Tournament (national championship tournament), Academic All-American, and All-Conference and All-State honors.
After her playing days, Meghan was trained to coach in 2006 by two Brazilian national team members, and since that time has coached both mens and womens programs at the high school and club level. Last year Meghan coached MVA's 12u team, which advanced 42 (out of 84) spots in CEVA's Power Play rankings. Meghan’s volleyball philosophy combines technical precision, competitive spirit, and a deep commitment to athlete development.
Meghan is also a dedicated educator with 18 years of experience, and is currently teaching science at McMinnville High School.
